フィリッペ・ヤップ(Felipe U. Yap)氏が会長をつとめる上場企業について調べてみました。フィリッペ氏は現在LC、MA、ZHIの会長、およびALLHCの副会長をつとめています。
なお、マニラブリティン、フィルトラスト銀行などのエミリオ・ヤップ(Emilio T. Yap)氏も同じヤップ姓ですが、今回のフィリッペ・ヤップ氏と親戚関係はなさそうです(たぶん)。

フィリッペ・ヤップ(Felipe U. Yap)氏はフィリピンの実業家で、様々な会社を経営してきた経歴を持ちます。特に鉱業業界では優れた経歴を持ちます。
ヤップ証券(F. Yap Securiteis)という証券会社も持っており、フィリピン証券取引所の会長も務めました(2000-2002)。2000年前後から、ネット関連事業にいち早く取り組み、オンライン証券会社の2TradeAsia(Yapster e-Conglomerate, Incの子会社)は、フィリピンのオンライン証券会社の先駆けです。

レパント・コンソリデーテッド・マイニングは鉱山会社です。金と銅の混合物を採掘し、中国や香港に販売しています。現在の売上は小さく、毎年赤字のようです。
ホームページを見ると、鉱山会社ぽくないですが、ちゃんと社会的貢献活動をやっているというメッセージのようです。
長期チャートを見ると、2011に株価が暴騰しています。Gold Fieldsの出資、買収という材料があったようです。

大株主では、F. Yap Securitiesが39.14%、First Metroが5.3%、Philex Miningが3.27%株券を保有しています。
株の種類にクラスAとクラスBがありますが、違いはAがフィリピン国籍の人のみ購入可、Bが国籍制限なしの株券です。ABSやGMAネットワークの種類株と同じ感じのようです。
なお、CEOのブライアン氏はフィリッペ氏の息子、クレセンシオは兄弟、アビゲイルは姪とのことです。

もともとはJR Garmentsという名前の衣類製造販売メーカーでしたが → 衣類ビジネスは終了し、主ビジネスを持ち株会社に変更し、社名を現在のゼウス・ホールディングスに変更(1996) → その後紆余曲折あり採掘ビジネスに乗り出しましたが、採掘許可が未だ下りず？、現在のところ営業活動は行っていません。
なお、WebサイトはPSE EDGEに記載されているのと違って、http://www.zeusholdingsinc.com/ です。
AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC)
アヤラランド・ロジスティクスは物流系の不動産会社です。
元々はプライムオニオン(Prime Orion)という社名の投資会社でしたが、2016年に買収され、アヤラランド(ALI)の子会社になりました。フィリッペ・ヤップ氏は以前は会長でしたが、2016年以降は副会長をつとめています。
Mr. Yap, Filipino, 83, has been Vice Chairman from February 24, 2016. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company from 2000 to February 2016 and its Vice Chairman from 1993 to 2000.
株価は昨年の2ペソ前後から3倍になっており、2021年の値上がり株の一つです。

以上、フィリッペ・ヤップ氏が会長をつとめる上場銘柄について調べてみました。
ALLHCはアヤラグループに売却されて、MAとZHIは活動休止中なので、上場している普通のグループ会社は現在LCだけということになるようです・・・(上場していない有名なグループ会社は？)
